Description
Area: 0.151 ha / 0.372 acres
6 to 7 new homes suggested plus conversion of existing brick/tiled farm building to one home (next to Locketts).
Possibly demolish redundant barn on southern side of site and replace with terrace of small 2/3 bed homes.
Northern area of redundant yard possibly suitable for a pair of semi-detached homes. It is considered important
to retain native species hedges on Locketts Lane and opposite Bladeley Cottage
